A Victorian 9th Lancer Officers Tunic Button
A good example of a closed back late Victorian Officer’s gilt button from a full dress tunic. Made by Firmin & Sons Ltd., 153, Strand, London. Complete with shank and displaying the cipher of Queen Adelaide inter-twined and revered resting on crossed lances with flying pennons. A crown above and the number 9 in Arabic characters. Good condition with slight loss to high points.
